We provide analytical services that range from basic characterization of materials to investigations involving complex problems.

Currency and Billing: All transactions are processed in USD ($) unless stated otherwise at checkout. Cardholder data is tokenized directly through Stripe; our servers never store or handle raw credit card numbers.
Operational Timelines Summary
Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (excludes weekends and gazetted public holidays).
Standard Delivery Time: Within 5 business days, calculated from the exact date of carrier dispatch.
Return Eligibility Window: Within 7 days, beginning from the documented carrier delivery date.
Refund Processing Window: 5 to 7 business days, subject to a successful inbound product inspection.

Shipping, Logistics, and Delivery Structure
All-Inclusive Pricing: All quoted prices are all-inclusive of standard shipping and delivery fees. There are no hidden logistics fees added during checkout.
Tracking and Carrier Dispatch: Once an order is processed and if applicable, a tracking number tied to our logistical partner will be generated and emailed to you.
Delayed or Lost Shipments: While standard delivery occurs within 5 business days, unforeseen carrier constraints can occur. If your shipment lags beyond this window or shows zero tracking movement, please reach out to our administration team. We will immediately interface with the shipping carrier to trace, accelerate, or declare the item lost and initiating an expedited replacement or refund as required.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Important Requirement: To maintain transaction integrity and prevent unauthorized returns, all inbound shipments must be accompanied by a validated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Initiating a Return: Customers have a strict 7-day window from the confirmed date of delivery to request an exchange or full refund. To start this process, email accounts@aurorapolymer.com to receive your unique RMA number and specific return address instructions.
Product Quality Conditions: Items sent back must be completely unused, unaltered, undamaged, and retained within their original, unopened packaging. Returns failing these baseline standards will be rejected or assessed a restocking fee.
Refund Disbursal: Once the returned goods are received and inspected at our fulfillment depot, refunds are cleared within 5 to 7 business days. In compliance with global anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines and Stripe regulations, funds will only be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
